Forms
From the selections on the right, you will find various forms and lists that may be useful to you. Some of the forms are required for class or lab assignments; others may be of benefit for study purposes. All programs are readable if you have MS Office 2000 or above. If you experience any troubles accessing or downloading these forms, please write to the webmaster (see Home page). And look back periodically for more stuff.
Bloom calendars and Fall Color calendars are available in MS Excel.
Plant forms are available in MS Word format. Both plant forms listed have the same questions about the plant specimen, but the “sketch” form has a portion of the page reserved for you “artists” that like to sketch leaf patterns, flower forms, etc. This would also be useful for those of you that may be making ID scrapbooks (tape a leaf or a twig to the page).
The Student Information Form is available in MS Word format. This is the biography sheet you probably filled out from the first day of lecture. If you have not filled this out, please do so immediately and give to either the instructor or one of the teaching assistants.
