The continuum begins with YIPs, a program for highschool students, and continues through college, career, and life. College students are able to take part in Frameworks, a conference which exposes undergraduate and graduates to people with diverse backgrounds, new and classical concepts of leadership, and emerging issues in agriculture.

Those who are in the career world can participate in such programs as Woman of Agriculture (WOA), which enables emerging woman leaders to make a positive impact for the agricultural community and citizenry as a whole.

No matter what age group a person belongs, PRAXIS is willing and able to assist people in becoming more effective change agents.
