Available Information for the Public

The Poultry and Egg Publications Database, also known as the P2D (Paper to Digital) Project, is a database of thousands of poultry related articles for the intended use of further research and help to students. The online portion of the database itself does not contain the actual documents, but rather is a listing of the documents and their relavent information (Title, Author, Abstract, etc.) that is intended for fast and easy searching.

Worthwhile Operational Guidelines and Suggestions is also known as Wogs. It is a collection of one-page flyers with information about Broiler Processing Timely Information. These .pdf files are available online. Various authors and various topics have written these monthly since October 2001. Each author has provided an email address for further correspondence or questions about the authored topic. These are formatted for easy printing and posting according to your needs.

Bank or Drain is also known as BOD. This collection was intended to provide advice about water conservation and waste reduction. These .pdf files are available online.

Current Concepts of Broiler Production is also known as CCBP. It is a publication of the Alabama Cooperative Extension Service with the cooperation of the Department of Poultry Science at Auburn University. This publication, started in Fall 1992, is designed to provide new and emerging concepts and information to those involved in broiler and breeder production. Information on management, feeding, and disease will be compiled from research underway at Auburn University, as well as from other sources. New technologies and practices will be highlighted as they become available. This publication is available online in .pdf format.
