Career Tracks

The Department of Poultry Science offers four exciting career tracks for you to choose from: Poultry Science Pre-Vet, Poultry Science Processing and Products, Poultry Science Production, and Food Science.

These tracks cover all sides of the poultry and food science industries and provide you with a great foundation on which to build a career. We have 100% placement for our Poultry Science graduates!

Go Places: Our graduates have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings. From the office to the barn and to research labs, you can find a place that is just right for you!

Learn by Doing: Hands-on experiences make our programs among the best in the nation. In our state-of -the-art labs and research facilities, you have the opportunity to put what you learn in the classroom to use. Auburn University has the largest Poultry Science Research Unit in the nation!
