International Scholars Program

The International Scholars Program, endowed by E.T. and Vam York, supports international professional improvement activities for faculty and graduate students by funding research, outreach, specialized studies, teaching, or cooperative work experiences in developing countriesOIE Logo.

Applicants are asked to submit a short description of their proposed activity, along with a budget, using a standard format. Proposals should be submitted to the Chair of the ISP Committee and are typically reviewed in September and February for activities in subsequent semesters.

The program does not support travel to international conferences. A more complete description of the ISP program is provided here.

Submissions are reviewed for substantive merit and consistency with the intent of the program, making funding recommendations to OIA.
