GROWTH HABIT: Grows 10' to 25' tall.
LEAVES: 5" long and pointed at both ends. Spines along both margins and boat shaped. Foliage is light green.
OTHER: Hardy to zone 7 and drought tolerant. Pyramidal in shape if not limbed up. Can be used in planters, as a screen or a tree if limbed up. Good red fruit. Does best in full sun. Originated Savannah, GA.
