COMMON NAME: Korean boxwood

FLOWERS:

GROWTH HABIT: Grows 3' tall with a tight growing habit.

LEAVES: Similar to Buxus microphylla japonica except darker green. Like other boxwoods, it can get red leaves in the winter in full sun.

OTHER: Hardy zones 4 to 9. Used as a foundation planting and along walkways. A very good and popular plant. Used to be named Buxus microphylla koreana.
