The Department of Horticulture, Auburn University, Auburn, Alabama is seeking a
highly qualified and motivated graduate student at the Master’s or PhD level. This position is available for graduate study in the area of fruit production. Highly

Research will focus on propagation of hard-to-root blueberry species, and tolerance
of blueberry to different soil characteristics. Student will also be involved with on-going research on both small fruit and tree fruit production.

Research areas will include investigation on the incidence of economically important blueberry diseases and assessment of blueberry cultivars field disease resistance. The successful candidate will also be involved with ongoing research on fruit crop production.
