The Department of Horticulture plays an active role in Extension Education and Outreach programs at Auburn University. We collaborate with industry associations and other stakeholders to support horticultural enterprises and commodity group activities. Some of these Associations include:

• Southern Nursery Association - A regional industry organization providing a network for professional horticulturists.
  
• Alabama Nurserymen's Association - A professional association to help promote the ornamental horticulture industry.
• Alabama Cooperative Extension System - The main Outreach organization of the landgrant function of Auburn University. See recent Publications for the latest research.
