INTRODUCTION
THIS REPORT present the backgroug, strategy, accomplishments, and remaining
constraints of Brackishwater Fishery Production Project (BFPP) of Government
of Indonesia (GOI).
The project purpose was to increase brackishwater pond (tambak) production
in tlie provinces ofAceh and North Sumatra, and to
create an organizational base upon which tambak area expansion can take place.
