Philippines Water Resource Management & Education Project

The Philippines Water Resource Management & Education Project is a joint project between the ICAAE, Heifer Project International and the Sustainable Agriculture and Natural Resource Management Collaborative Research Support Program (SANREM CRSP) that began in 1993. The goals of this project are to facilitate community-based participatory research, to empower local citizens to play a determining role in diagnosis of water resource problems, and to prepare local citizens and local government entities to remediate and prevent water resource problems through natural resource management planning.
