Description: Bill Shelton was a member of the faculty from 1971 to 1982 when he left for a position at the University of Oklahoma. He was the Assistant Leader, Alabama Cooperative Fishery Research Unit, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service during his time a Auburn. Research emphasis in aquaculture has been on reproductive biology and seed production. This has involved various phases of induced spawning as well as control of unwanted reproduction.
