Description:	This system houses freshwater shrimp post larvae at Gadsden State Community College's Aquaculture Education and Development Center. Notice that there is no visible filter. The solid wastes must be mechanically removed daily by siphoning. Biological filtration occurs on the net substrate in the tank with the help of the airstones which keep the water moving.
