Any AFS member that would like to apply for travel reimbursement should fill out travel1.doc and submit it to an officer prior to the meeting. For 2009 the following meetings are going to be considered for travel reimbursement:                                                                                                                                                                                             

Aquaculture America - February 15 - 18, 2009 in Seattle, Washington

SDAFS - January 15-18, 2009 in New Orleans, Louisiana  

World Aquaculture - May 25 - 29, 2009 in Veracruz, Mexico

National AFS - August 30 - Sept 3rd  in Nashville, TN

-Download travel1.doc

-Electronically fill it in and email it to an officer

*MUST BRING BACK A COPY OF A PROGRAM 

*Each AFS member can recieve $100 max per year for travel

*A cap of $1500 will be budgeted for total travel reimbursements 

*First come, first serve basis
