Important Viewing Information

To view any document or World Wide Web link displayed on the course page, click on the description.

To open or close a folder, click on the folder icon to the left of the folder name.

If you are following a link, or displaying an image-based, plain text, or HTML document, ERes will attempt to open a second browser window. If your browser supports multiple windows (e.g., Netscape version 2.0 or or later), return to ERes after viewing the document by closing the second window.

An external viewer or a plug-in may be required to display certain files, notably, word processor documents, Adobe PDF files, spreadsheets, and postscript files. (This can be browser-dependent.) If you do not yet have an appropriate external (helper) application established, your browser will pop open an assistance box after you click on the document description. Use it to select the appropriate application on your computer. For example, if the format type listed in the assistance box is "application/excel", select the Excel application on your local computer.
