Mission:
The mission of VCS is to improve the Village Creek environment for its entire length
of 44 miles to benefit the 284,715 residents in its watershed.
Specific Issues:
To educate, advocate, restore, and bring economic development throughout East
Birmingham, North Birmingham, Ensley, South Pratt, and Bayview to Black Warrior
River.
