Mission or Purpose:
Our mission is to support the Cahaba River National Wildlife Refuge in its efforts to protect, preserve, and restore its diverse, natural, and historic resources in a manner that will enhance the educational and recreational aspects for the public.

Specific Issues:
Refuge and river cleanup, facilities and education projects on the refuge.

News:
On May 3rd, 2008, the Friends of the Cahaba River National Wildlife Refuge will be holding a membership fund-raising festival at the Cahaba Historical Park located in Centreville on the Cahaba River.
