The initial brochure for the conference is available through the button at the left. It contains a statement of the purpose of the conference, and some brief background material.

The final brochure is available through the button at left. It contains an abbreviated registration form as well. It contains a complete listing of speakers, panels and topics.

A registration form that is suitable from printing is available through the button at the left. Please use this form if you have any reservations about online registration and payment.

Electronic online registration and payment is available through the button at left. Please note that, if you register online, you should pay online as well through a Mastercard or Visa credit card. The charge for a regular registration is $95, for a student registration is $50. Please see the brochure for further details about the fees. You will need an email address for online registration and payment. When you complete your registration and payment, you will receive two copies of the acknowledgement; please read them and keep them for your records. In case of error, or in case you change your mind, It will be possible to refund an electronic payment directly to your credit card but it might take a bit of time as the refund has to be processed through university accounting channels. Thanks.
