BUTLER/CUNNINGHAM

This page contains results from the poll conducted for the 2002 Butler/Cunningham conference, querying opinions of Alabamans on issues of agriculture and/or of the environment. The poll was commissioned by the current Eminent Scholar, Claude E. Boyd, and it was carried out by the Center for Governmental Services at Auburn University.

This site will change from time to time. Basic organization will remain constant.

The poll results are available only in PDF format and so can be accessed only if you have an Adobe Acrobat PDF reader on your computer (most computers do). If your computer does not have the reader, please notify Mike Polioudakis, the site developer, at the email address below and he will tell you how to get one: polioej@acesag.auburn.edu

For convenience, the results are divided into natural sections, as well as lumped into one large report. Of most interest should probably be the Excective Summary and the Short Survey Report. The Protocols describe the questions (survey instruments) used, while the Frequency Distributions tabulate the responses to the questions. The Full Report contains a comprehensive review in one document. To avoid any problems, please use the "Back" option on your browser to return to this page when you have finished with any one look at the poll.
