Students in the Department of Animal Sciences participate in quality programs in:

basic life sciences through our Pre-Vet/Pre-professional Option (ANPV)
animal production and management through our Production/Management Option (ANPM)
more specifically, horse production, management and training through our Equine Sciences Option (ANEQ)
food safety, quality and technology through our Muscle Foods Option (ANMF)

They are on the path to becoming future leaders in the vast field of animal sciences
