Brief description of research program and goals
Conduct applied research in the areas of crop production and conservation that can be directly used by producers in Alabama and surrounding states. Test new products and techniques to determine suitability for clientele to apply on-farm.

Brief description of extension program and goals
Statewide responsibilities for educational programming and applied research in soybean production including weed control; statewide responsibilities for educational programming and applied research in conservation cropping systems in all agronomic crops.
