Phase III -- Selecting and Loading Paper
How to load paper into the HP Z3100
In this section you will be given the briefest of instructions on how to load paper. See Lee for details.
By default the Z3100 should have 42” Heavy Weight Coated paper loaded. This is great for student posters and posters that will be discarded at the end of a conference or a trade show. This paper is less expensive.
Faculty and Staff have the option of using higher quality HP Photo Gloss paper. This paper costs $1.70 a linear foot. It is to be used for competitive posters, hallway posters that are to be exhibited for extended periods of time, and photo prints. Never use this paper for a DRAFT!
Detailed instructions for loading paper are located in the Utilities of the printer. Click on the utilities and go to the Support tab. Open the printer documentation and search for “Loading Paper”
1. Load the paper on the roller tube.
2. Feed the paper into the printer. It will take the paper from you and square it automatically.
3. Tell the printer what kind of paper you have loaded.
4. Go back to your computer because it is now ready to print.

Wile you are weighting four the paper to lode, half someone else proof you’re post her won moor thyme.
