Tips for Seeking Scholarships
- Find out about every scholarship that was awarded in your major area of study the previous year. Check first with your high school counselor or junior college adviser. Search the Internet for scholarships.

- If an essay is required, let your English teacher, high school counselor, parent or a friend review it before you mail it.
- Save your essay on a CD or hard drive. The same question may be asked in a similar fashion on a different scholarship
