• ACT scores for students in the College of Agriculture are in the top 40 percent of the entire university average.
• College of Agriculture students come from virtually every state in the nation and more than 70 foreign countries.
• The Department of Horticulture has placed every one of its graduates in a job for two decades.
• More than 95 percent of the domestic AU College of Ag alumni who responded to a recent survey reported that they received good job offers either prior to or shortly after graduation.
• Each year, students from the College’s Department of Animal Sciences make up at least half of the AU College of Veterinary medicine freshmen class. Of the 47 incoming in-state students in the 2004 freshman class, 30 were in the animal sciences program. |

• $743,986 in scholarships were awarded in 2004, including $442,042 in College of Agriculture scholarships and $301,944 in University scholarships. |
